To all our wonderful customers, thank you for shopping with us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily issue a store credit within 10 working days of receiving your item(s). Returned item(s) are to be returned in a neatly folded, resellable condition with tags and the correct packaging.
Please note wild Blume does not cover return postage costs for returns. The store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used as payment towards any purchase with Wild Blume .
Our returns time frame is 10 working days from when you have received your item. Returns must be in unworn conditions and must have tags attached
Online returns will receive a store credit via email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder after 10 working days. Please note that if the order was paid via LayBuy or AfterPay your installment payments will remain being paid until the original item has been paid in full.
Any claim on damaged, missing or wrong items needs to be lodged via phone, or email within 14 days of purchase. For missing items, we will either resend the missing items or credit your account accordingly. For damaged or wrong items, please send it back to our office. We will replace for you and refund you back your postage cost by direct debit.
No refund for any non-faulty products.
Processed order can’t be cancelled at any circumstances.
The shipping charge depends upon the weight and destination of goods sent. Customers will be charged accordingly from our courier fastway. The freight on initial order will be adjusted according to actual cost. Please visit www.fastway.com.au to check the freight for your area. No surcharge and handling fee.
Promotion Restrictions
The promotion benefits only apply to the orders placed and paid during the promotion period. All promotions expire at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on date specified.
Expired promotions will not apply to any new orders.
New promotions cannot be applied to past orders. (Past orders if not yet processed, can be cancelled and customers need to place a new order within the promotion period for full promotional benefit.)
